What is the shipping rate for delivery to Canada?
We offer free Shipping for all Canadian orders above $100. All other orders shipped within Canada have a flat-rate fee of $11. No suprises.
What is the shipping rate for delivery to the USA?
We ship to American for a flat-rate fee of $20. All US order prices are in CAD and are subject to possible custom fees at the border. Please be advised that any duties, or taxes that apply must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
I'm not sure what to buy, can you give me advice?

Do you provide sample sizes for products?
We do not ship sample sizes at this time.

Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotions. This is subject to change without notice.
My promotional code isn't working. What should I do?
Many of our promotional codes are single use, and time sensitive. Please double check these details before trying to use your code. If you are still having difficulty, shoot us an email email@example.com and we'll get to the bottom of it.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Packages are shipped within 3 business days of order receipt using Canada Post. Your package will arrive within 7-10 business days after it leaves our warehouse. *There are no international orders shipped outside of Canada at this time. US order prices are in CAD and are subject to custom fees at border.

Where is my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number so you can see its delivery status. If the status of your order hasn’t been updated in more than 3 business days, please email us at email@example.com and we will help you out!
