RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We make it easy!
Eligible* unopened and unused items in their original packaging may be returned for a full refund, within 15 days from the original shipping date. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To initiate a return, simply email us at email@example.com and we'll be happy to help.
*Non-refundable, ineligible items:
Items in which 15 days have gone by since the date of shipping.
Opened or used items
Items marked "Final Sale" including; cleansing sponges & cloths, body brushes, heating pads, burnables (like incense) and select promotional items. Gift cards, curated/bundle boxes, free gifts or promotional items with retail value, any item not in its original condition, or that has been opened, or found to be damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We will gladly replace items that are defective. If you need to exchange a defective product, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the problem. We will take care of return shipping costs and refund or replace your item. Please note that we are unable to offer store credit at this time.
Items that are unclaimed, or have been "Returned to Sender" due to customer error are charged a flat, $8 restocking fee.
We offer free shipping for all Canadian orders above $100 this discount is taken at the point of sale.
All other orders shipped within Canada have a flat-rate fee of $10.
We ship packages within 3 business days of receiving your order using Canada Post (unless otherwise stated). Your package will arrive within 3-10 business days after it leaves our laboratory. Please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time.
USA (Alaska and Hawaii excepted):
Orders shipped to the US are charged a a flat-rate fee of $15.
All US orders are charged in $CAD and any fees and taxes incurred at the boarder are the customer's responsibility.
We ship packages within 3 business days of receiving your order using Canada Post (unless otherwise stated). We cannot guarantee parcel transit time. Please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time.
