GENERAL CENTER POLICIES
1. Respectful Community Conduct
All participants, instructors, guests, volunteers, and staff are expected to maintain respectful behavior at all times.
The following are prohibited:
- Harassment or discrimination of any kind
- Disruptive, threatening, abusive, or aggressive behavior
- Intoxication or impairment during classes or events
- Damage to studio, classroom, gallery, photography, or floral materials
- Unauthorized recording or photographing of participants
- Unsafe conduct
The center reserves the right to remove or deny participation to any person whose conduct interferes with the safety, comfort, or experience of others.
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT POLICIES
2. Registration
Enrollment is first-come, first-served unless otherwise specified. Certain workshops or specialty programs may require prerequisites, deposits, supply fees, or approval.
Participants are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact information
- Reviewing class descriptions prior to enrollment
- Arriving prepared with required materials
3. Payment Policies
Payment is due prior to participation unless alternative arrangements are approved.
All class registrations, workshops, memberships, private sessions, events, retreats, specialty programs, deposits, and course payments are final and non-refundable once purchased or reserved.
The center does not provide refunds for:
- Missed classes
- Scheduling conflicts
- Partial attendance
- Change of mind
- No-shows
- Late arrivals
- Failure to participate
- Personal circumstances
- Dissatisfaction unrelated to misconduct or legal obligation
In certain limited situations, the center may, at its sole discretion, offer:
- Class transfers
- Account credits
- Rescheduling options
Any exceptions are not guaranteed and are determined on a case-by-case basis.
The center reserves the right to:
- Refuse unpaid participation
- Charge cancellation or rescheduling fees where applicable
- Cancel classes with insufficient enrollment
- Adjust schedules, instructors, pricing, or curriculum when necessary
Memberships, Bundles & Subscription Policies
Bundle Sharing & Transfer Policy
Class bundles, class packs, prepaid sessions, and eligible package purchases may be shared with or transferred to another individual at the discretion of the center and the original purchaser.
Bundle sharing is limited to bundle-based purchases only.
Yearly memberships, annual subscriptions, unlimited memberships, recurring memberships, and subscription-based plans may not be shared, transferred, assigned, or used by anyone other than the original purchasing member.
The center reserves the right to request identification or verification of ownership for any membership, bundle, package, or account usage.
Unauthorized sharing or misuse of memberships or subscriptions may result in suspension or cancellation without refund.
Yearly Subscription Policy
Annual or yearly memberships/subscriptions are intended solely for the personal use of the registered member and may not be:
- Shared
- Transferred
- Assigned
- Resold
- Used by guests or additional participants
Any misuse of membership access may result in immediate termination of membership privileges without refund.
Yearly Membership Pause Policy
Annual or yearly memberships/subscriptions may be paused for up to one (1) month during any twelve (12) month membership period.
Pause requests:
- Must be submitted in advance
- May only be used once per annual term
- Cannot be applied retroactively
- Are subject to approval and operational scheduling
Unused pause time does not roll over or accumulate.
Additional pause requests are not guaranteed and remain solely at the discretion of the center.
ATTENDANCE & PARTICIPATION
4. Attendance Expectations
Participants are encouraged to arrive on time and remain for the duration of the class or session.
Late arrivals may be denied entry if:
- The class has already begun
- Safety instruction has been missed
- Entry would disrupt the environment
Missed classes are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
YOGA & WELLNESS POLICIES
5. Physical Activity Disclaimer
Yoga, movement, meditation, breathwork, stretching, and wellness activities involve physical exertion and carry inherent risks including, but not limited to:
- Muscle strains
- Falls
- Dizziness
- Aggravation of existing conditions
- Physical injury
- Emotional release or stress response
Participants acknowledge they are voluntarily engaging in these activities at their own risk.
Participants are responsible for:
- Consulting a physician before participation when appropriate
- Monitoring their own physical condition
- Modifying movements as needed
- Informing instructors of injuries, pregnancy, medical concerns, or limitations
The center and instructors are not medical providers and do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

Agreement & Electronic Acceptance
By registering for, booking, purchasing, attending, participating in, or entering the center, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all policies, terms, waivers, releases, assumptions of risk, and hold harmless provisions contained within this agreement.
Electronic registration, online booking, payment submission, event enrollment, class participation, workshop attendance, or use of the center’s facilities shall constitute full acceptance of this agreement and shall be considered legally binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Participants further acknowledge that this agreement applies to all current and future services, classes, workshops, events, activities, and programs offered by the center, whether specifically listed or not.

Retail Sales & Merchandise Policy
All Retail Sales Final
All retail sales are final.
The center does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations on any retail purchases under any circumstances unless otherwise required by law.
This policy applies to all items sold by the center, including but not limited to:
- Apparel
- Wellness products
- Art supplies
- Floral products
- Photography accessories
- Candles and fragrances
- Books and educational materials
- Handmade goods
- Food and beverages
- Specialty items
- Equipment and tools
- Gift items
- Sale or discounted merchandise
- Custom or special-order items
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all products prior to purchase and determining whether items are appropriate for their intended use.
Once a purchase is completed, ownership and responsibility transfer fully to the customer.
